The terms and conditions herein mentioned are of general nature. Customers are requested to thoroughly check their confirmed tour package, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, services provided and terms and conditions which may vary in different tour packages.

  • All Travelers must have a Valid Travel Document and fulfill VISA and entry requirements.
  • Customers are advised to verify travel documents (transit visa/entry visa) for the country through which they are transiting and/or entering.  We will not be responsible if proper travel documents are not available and you are denied entry.
  • At all times throughout the trip a government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airport, hotels, attractions, and other travel related products as so deemed by suppliers.
  • Customers are responsible to provide proper valid travel documents on time for reservation.
  • Currency exchange rate at the time of payment would be applicable.

 Package Cost, reservation and operational issues

  • Single passenger, (without family) will share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis (Roll away bed) depending on the booking. If we do not have another single person, then to take the single supplement with an additional cost.
  • Tour tariff is Ex-Male International Airport and customers can ask for our additional services such as onward and return flight tickets, top up packages to other international destinations.
  • As a Tour & Travel DMC, we do not have any control over Airlines, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities/ tourist attractions provided by third parties, including their opening and closing timings.  We are not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies.
  • Reservation should be made through website/mail or WhatsApp message clearly stating the services required.  
  • Please note, all hotel, holiday package, cruise and tour/activity bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation.
  • In the case of payment by Credit/Debit cards, only successfully completed transactions would be confirmed.

Changes to holiday packages, hotel bookings, cruise bookings

  • Any changes made to the itinerary are restricted as well as subject to booking/cancellation rules. We do not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer’s request.
  • All travelers on one a single booking record (if more than one traveler) must travel on the same itinerary.
  • Name changes are not permitted. Your reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination upon completion.


  • An advance payment is required to secure confirmed booking balance payment prior to commencing the tour as per payment schedule in each case.
  • Mode of Payment : Bank Transfer preferred. Credit Card/Debit – if feasible and permitted.
  • If there is a Fare change while processing your transaction, you will be notified and on your approval the transaction shall be proceeded with.

Cancellation Policy

  • In case of Cancellation of tour, our cancellation policy shall apply.
  • Request for cancellation has to be given in writing (preferably E-mail). We will then send you an email acknowledgement of your request.  This message does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
  • Upon receipt of your request we will work with the suppliers’ such as hotels and cruises and we may notify you of the supplier decision.
  • Please note that we are dependent on the suppliers for receiving the refunds.  Once the refund has been received in our bank account, it shall be transferred to client’s bank account and a confirmation to this effect shall be mailed to the client
  • This entire process may take 60-90 days from receipt of your request.
  • Cancellation by Suppliers: In the event that a Travel Supplier is canceling a portion of your tour package, we will, at your request, try to obtain alternative arrangements, however, we will not be responsible for the performance of the Travel Supplier and/or for the reimbursement of amount paid by you (and/or any incidental or consequential or other damages) if the Travel Supplier fails to perform its obligations. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by third parties.
  • Every booking made is subject to the cancellation policies of respective airlines, hotels and transport operators. As per the airline policy, some fares are non refundable.


The Company,, is not responsible for any circumstances which are beyond their control such as issuance of valid VISA to Maldives, delay/rescheduling or cancellation of flights/ship/boat, accidents, natural calamities, war, strikes or any similar unforeseen incidents or restrictions due to any civil/law and order situations. Hence the Company is not liable to meet any expenses thereof.  At the same time, all possible assistance shall be provided from their side to overcome the situation.  

Tour packages are designed (to the extent applicable in each case) by clubbing air tickets, ship/boat, transportation, accommodation, site visits, water sports activities, restaurants, etc.  If any of the relevant service providers met with an issue, other service providers wouldn’t get linked with the same issue.  For example, if the flight is cancelled by the airlines, all other booked services such as accommodation, transportation, meals, etc will be still confirmed and their cancellation/ amendment charges shall apply if not used as booked. Amount deposited by the client to the Company will be refunded in full if the tour program (in case of conducted tours) is cancelled by the Company in any unavoidable circumstances. The Company would not undertake any liability or loss incurred to the client due to the cancellation other than the refund of deposited amount.

Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Ernakulam, Kerala, India Jurisdiction.
